แนวทางการส่งเสริมพลังใจในการมาเรียนของผู้เรียนอาชีวศึกษาตามหลักธรรมพละ 5: กรณีศึกษาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีอุดมศึกษาพณิชยการ

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับพลังใจในการมาเรียนและหลักธรรมพละ 5 ของผู้เรียนอาชีวศึกษา 2) ศึกษาแนวทางการส่งเสริมพลังใจในการมาเรียนของผู้เรียน การวิจัยแบ่งเป็น 2 ระยะ ได้แก่ ระยะที่ 1 การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ประชากรคือ นักเรียน นักศึกษา วิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีอุดมศึกษาพณิชยการ จำนวน 1,942 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างใช้สูตรทาโร่ ยามาเน่ จำนวน 332 คน เครื่องมือคือแบบสอบถามประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ระยะที่ 2 การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 สัมภาษณ์ผู้เรียน 30 คน เพื่อร่างแนวทางการส่งเสริมพลังใจในการมาเรียน และขั้นตอนที่ 2 สนทนากลุ่มกับผู้บริหาร ครูแนะแนว และคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษา 10 คน เพื่อยืนยันแนวทาง แนวทางส่งเสริมพลังใจ โดยวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณด้วยค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ส่วนข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Content Analysis)
ผลการศึกษา พบว่า 1) ผู้เรียนอาชีวศึกษามีพลังใจในการมาเรียนและหลักธรรมพละ 5 ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 4.20 S.D. = 0.64) และ ( = 4.22, S.D. = 0.55) ตามลำดับ 2) แนวทางส่งเสริมพลังใจที่ได้ประกอบด้วย ศรัทธาพละ จัดกิจกรรมโฮมรูมเพื่อสร้างแรงบันดาลใจและเป้าหมาย วิริยะพละ พัฒนาระบบติดตามความก้าวหน้า สติพละ จัดระบบแจ้งเตือนพฤติกรรมไปยังผู้เรียนและผู้ปกครอง สมาธิพละ จัดห้องเรียนที่เอื้อต่อสมาธิ ปัญญาพละ ประชุมผู้ปกครองออนไลน์ทุกเดือน และส่งเสริมการวิเคราะห์ตนเองผ่านแบบฟอร์มเฉพาะ นำไปประยุกต์ใช้ได้ในการพัฒนาระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือผู้เรียนและส่งเสริมการมาเรียนอย่างสม่ำเสมอ อันจะช่วยพัฒนาพฤติกรรมการเรียนรู้และยกระดับคุณภาพผู้เรียนอาชีวศึกษา
