การพัฒนากลยุทธ์การสื่อสารเพื่อการยอมรับนวัตกรรมการเลี้ยงโค ในพื้นที่ชนบท

บทคัดย่อ

บทความวิชาการฉบับนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์ปัญหาและแนวทางการพัฒนากลยุทธ์การสื่อสารเพื่อขับเคลื่อนการยอมรับนวัตกรรมการเลี้ยงโคในพื้นที่ชนบท อันเนื่องมาจากความสำคัญของอุตสาหกรรมโคเนื้อและโคนมต่อเศรษฐกิจชนบทไทยที่กำลังเผชิญกับความท้าทายในยุคเกษตรดิจิทัล ปัญหาหลักที่ศึกษาคือการยอมรับนวัตกรรมล่าช้า (Delayed Adoption) ของเกษตรกรผู้เลี้ยงโคในชนบท โดยประยุกต์ใช้ทฤษฎีการแพร่กระจายนวัตกรรมของ Rogers (2003) เป็นกรอบแนวคิดหลักในการวิเคราะห์ วิธีดำเนินการศึกษาเน้นการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาเชิงลึกและการสังเคราะห์วรรณกรรมจากงานวิจัยเชิงประจักษ์และเอกสารนโยบายที่เกี่ยวข้อง ผลการวิเคราะห์พบว่า การสื่อสารที่มีประสิทธิภาพส่งผลให้การยอมรับนวัตกรรมของเกษตรกรเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ โดยเฉพาะในกลุ่มที่ได้รับข้อมูลผ่านหลายช่องทางร่วมกัน ซึ่งมีอัตราการยอมรับนวัตกรรมสูงกว่ากลุ่มทั่วไปประมาณร้อยละ 25-40 นอกจากนี้ การยอมรับนวัตกรรม เช่น เทคโนโลยีอาหารสัตว์และพันธุ์โคปรับปรุง ส่งผลให้ผลผลิตเพิ่มขึ้นเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 15-30 และต้นทุนการผลิตลดลงร้อยละ 10-20 ขณะที่รายได้สุทธิของเกษตรกรเพิ่มขึ้นเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 20-35 เมื่อเปรียบเทียบกับการเลี้ยงแบบดั้งเดิม บทสรุปของการศึกษาชี้ให้เห็นว่าการสื่อสารที่มีประสิทธิภาพต้องเปลี่ยนจากการส่งสารทางเดียวไปสู่การเป็นผู้อำนวยความสะดวกในกระบวนการเรียนรู้ที่เข้าใจพลวัตทางจิตวิทยาสังคมของเกษตรกรอย่างแท้จริง โดยมีข้อเสนอแนะเชิงนโยบายมุ่งเน้นการบูรณาการความร่วมมือระหว่างภาครัฐ เกษตรกร และภาควิชาการ เพื่อยกระดับเศรษฐกิจฐานรากในพื้นที่ชนบทอย่างยั่งยืน
