VISIONARY LEADERSHIP OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS UNDER THE OFFICE OF THE NAKHON RATCHASIMA PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA 1

Abstract
This research aimed to 1) study the level of visionary leadership of school administrators under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area 1, Nakhon Ratchasima, and 2) compare the visionary leadership of school administrators under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area 1, Nakhon Ratchasima, classified by position and level of education. The sample consisted of 322 administrators and teachers. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a consistency index between 0.80 and 1.00, and a reliability of .91. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test.
The results of the research found that 1) The level of visionary leadership of school administrators under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area 1, Nakhon Ratchasima, was at a high level overall. 2) The comparison of visionary leadership of school administrators classified by position was not different, while the classification by level of education was significantly different at a statistical level of .05.
