บทคัดย่อ
บทบาทของครูในการสร้างชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้เพื่อพัฒนาผู้เรียนมีความสำคัญในการส่งเสริมให้ผู้เรียนสามารถเรียนรู้ร่วมกันในสภาพแวดล้อมที่สนับสนุนการแลกเปลี่ยนความคิด การทำงานร่วมกัน และการพัฒนาทักษะทางสังคมที่จำเป็นในศตวรรษที่ 21 ครูมีบทบาท ในการสร้างบรรยากาศที่เอื้อต่อการเรียนรู้ โดยการกระตุ้นให้ผู้เรียนมีส่วนร่วมในการตั้งคำถามและแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็น รวมถึงการสนับสนุนให้ผู้เรียนเรียนรู้จากความผิดพลาดและสามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ บทความนี้ยังเน้นถึงการใช้เทคโนโลยีในการเสริมสร้างการเรียนรู้และการประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ในชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้
