The development of the process of organizing a national academic conference of the Graduate School of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University

The purpose of this study was to investigate and design an efficient and methodical blueprint for hosting a national academic conference under the aegis of the Graduate School of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. Data was collected from 120 registrants of the event, namely the 3rd National Conference on Research Presentation, through a questionnaire. The information gathered was analyzed employing statistical tools. The results revealed that 75 of the respondents (62.0 percent) were female and 45 (37.0 percent) were male. Further analysis of the participants' status disclosed that 88 of them (73.0 percent) were graduate students, while 32 (26.0 percent) were instructors and staff. Subsequently, the research explored the participants' level of satisfaction regarding the organization of academic conferences and the presentation of research outcomes at the national level. The data indicated an overall high level of satisfaction in all areas (x̄ = 4.15). The most significant benefit gained from the project was ranked at the highest level (x̄ = 4.68), followed by the overall satisfaction of the project participants at an average level (x̄ = 4.42). Finally, the website's accessibility was found to be at a moderate level (x̄ = 3.19).

Implementing Power BI for Report Management in Graduate School

The objective of this research was to modify the report format and summarize the report of the Graduate School of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University by utilizing Business Intelligence through the Microsoft Power BI program. The study comprised a sample of 30 administrators and graduate school staff, and open-ended questionnaires were used to gather data. The findings indicated that the majority of the samples were female, and 24 individuals were aged between 31-40 years old. Moreover, 17 respondents reported being single, and their income fell within the range of 15,000 - 25,000 baht. Intelligent reports (Dashboard) were created using data from the information system, which can be customized in analytical views, aiding in quick and accurate decision-making. The satisfaction assessment demonstrated a mean score of 4.15, with a standard deviation of 0.67. This reporting method enables executives to make swift decisions and reduces the need for multiple presentations. The results can be presented in a more diverse format.

The Satisfaction of Users of Building 21 Graduate School at Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University

The present study investigates the satisfaction of service users in using Building 21 Graduate School at Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, and aims to identify opportunities for development and improvement of the facility. The researcher reviewed relevant literature, including books, documents, and articles, as a basis for studying the satisfaction of users of Building 21 Graduate School. The study used a sample of 200 students who used the building, and a questionnaire was used as the data collection tool. Data analysis involved the use of percentages, mean values, and standard deviations. The study found that the overall level of satisfaction with the use of Building 21 Graduate School was high (x̄ = 4.04), with the highest satisfaction reported in the aspect of building use (x̄ = 4.19), followed by building maintenance (x̄ = 4.17), and building supervision (x̄ = 4.02).

Logistics Factors Influencing Logistics Performance of Delivery Logistics Service Providers in Muang District Nakhonratchasima Province

The research aimed to achieve two objectives: 1) to examine the various logistics factors and their impact on logistics efficiency; and 2) to investigate the specific logistics factors that influence the logistics efficiency of delivery logistics providers. Muang District is located in Nakhon Ratchasima Province. The tool employed for the purpose of querying A total of 385 samples were obtained using the basic sampling approach. Conduct data analysis via pre-existing software applications. The statistical measures employed in this study encompass percentage, mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis. The findings of the study indicate that the logistics factors and logistics efficiency exhibited by logistics delivery service providers are of high magnitude. Logistics considerations have a crucial role in determining the level of logistics efficiency. Communication, logistics, and order management comprise 76.6% of the issues identified. The three key areas of focus in this study are logistics, client demand planning and forecasting, and procurement. In order to effectively operate in the logistics delivery industry, service providers are required to possess cellphones that are equipped with a consistently responsive and efficient interface. The primary focus should be on expediting the delivery of urgent orders to meet customer demands by ensuring timely and complete fulfillment of products. In order to avoid incorrect product deliveries, it is imperative that the items undergo thorough inspection at the store to ensure their pristine condition. This practice is essential as it not only helps minimize operational costs but also enables the provision of distinct services compared to competitors.

Value Chain Development that Affects Business Efficiency Case Study: Khanom La Baan Si Somboon Community

The objective of this study was to examine the various elements that impact the evolution of the value chain within the Ban Sri Somboon community's donkey dessert production. The settlement is situated in Village No. 4, specifically in Ban Pa Yang, Tha Ngio Sub-district, within the Mueang District of Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. The population of this settlement amounts to 50 individuals. The data was obtained from the sample population and subjected to analysis using a software package to determine the percentage, mean, and standard deviation. This study used survey research methodology. The findings indicated that the respondents were categorized based on their characteristics, as seen by the frequency and percentage data. From a demographic perspective, the majority of the samples consisted of female participants. The age range of the participants fell between 31 and 40 years old, with educational qualifications equivalent to a high school level. In relation to familial attributes pertaining to income, the majority of households generate an annual income ranging from 10,000 to 15,000 baht. The average and variability of opinions across the supply chain about procurement are as follows: the mean (x) is 4.45, and the standard deviation (S.D.) is 0.34. The SCOR model represents the return of products, denoted as x, with a mean value of 4.20 and a standard deviation of 0.6. The process of waste disposal entails the iterative transportation of commodities on multiple occasions. Upon delivery, it has been observed that the product does not meet the expected standards of quality. Consequently, it becomes necessary to engage in supplementary production in order to fulfil the whole quantity requirement. The mean value (𝑥̅) and standard deviation (S.D.) of the product are determined to be 4.52 and 0.8, respectively. The utilization of a quality control tool involves identifying the specific site of a defect through analysis of the Pareto graph, where the mean (𝑥̅) is determined to be 4.50 with a standard deviation (S.D.) of 0.89. The technique of value chain optimization aims to establish a positive perception and brand value among customers, hence enhancing credibility (mean = 4.44, standard deviation = 0.84). The primary objective of a duct is to establish a brand that is characterized by dependability and trustworthiness. The customer queue exhibits stability.
