And (2) the service marketing mix factors that influence the decision of the undergraduate student level 1 of in Bansomdej Chaopraya University It is quantitative research the questionnaires were used to collect the data. A sample was identified by 400 participants who are undergraduate student level 1 of in Bansomdej Chaopraya University. The statistical analysis for this research such as percentage, frequency, mean, standard deviation and multiple regression analysis.</p> <p>The findings were: The level of service marketing mix factors was prioritized in a high level and the highest-level impact factor is ‘personnel’ the following factors are the service, place, price, product, physical evident and promotion. The data was obtained from students pursuing master's and doctoral degrees in the Department of Public Health, Graduate School, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, and was analyzed according to the proportion of students in each level of education. The outcomes indicated that students were contented with the most impartial and transparent evaluation criteria (<img id="output" src="https://latex.codecogs.com/svg.image?\bar{x}" alt="equation"> = 4.77, S.D. = 0.43) concerning teaching and learning management. The research population consisted of 30 advisors and graduate students, and a questionnaire was used as the research tool. The research found that the majority of respondents were female, representing 63.4 percent, aged between 41 and 50 years old, representing 83.33 percent, and single, representing 73.33 percent. Additionally, the respondents had an average monthly income of 25,000 - 35,000 baht, representing 60.0 percent. The sample comprised 80 participants who were selected using simple random sampling. The study collected data via closed-ended and open-ended questionnaires, and the data analysis involved descriptive statistics.</p> <p>The results revealed that the majority of the participants were male, accounting for 53.75 percent of the sample. Furthermore, 38.75 percent of the participants were aged 61 years or over. In terms of the employment status of the participants, 55 percent were either employees or partners of a company. Among the media channels that impacted decision-making, online media was found to be the most influential, accounting for 65 percent of the responses. The research sample comprised 108 students enrolled in the program, and data was collected via a questionnaire. The findings reveal that, for the purpose of publicizing teaching and learning information of the Department of Educational Administration, the majority of respondents were female (66.67 percent), aged between 41-50 years (36.11 percent), single (68.52 percent), had an average monthly income of 15,001-25,000 baht (62.03 percent), accessed the network more than once per day (82.40 percent), spent an average of 2-3 hours accessing the online network (37.96 percent), and the most frequently used social media platform was Line (49.07 percent).</p> 2024-06-30T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2024
